Jonas C. Villeveza, M.A is a Registered Marketing Professional (RMP), a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA), and a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). In his capacity as an academician, he is presently the College Associate Dean and Research Coordinator of the College of Arts and Sciences at Batangas State University. The ARASOF-Nasugbu National Engineering University.
His research interests encompass a wide range of media and communication topics, including discourse analysis in communication, cultural communication, health communication, and gender and communication. This is demonstrated by his numerous research presentations at national and international conferences, including the National Communication Research Conference, International Communication Conference, and Media Science and Digital Communication, where he was awarded the Best Research Paper and Best Research Presentation. Additionally, he is serving as the Project Leader for an ongoing institutionally-funded research project at Batangas State University.
He is currently in the process of completing his Doctor of Philosophy in Communication degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Graduate School, where he is currently engaged in the writing of his dissertation.
